Do you need a banner especially a animated one? you can create an animated banner of different sizes for free online. I just found out about this website until a friend of mine asked me for one of my banners then i found out that I can create animated banners for free.
www.flashvortex.com is one of the best I know and I have used, it also have a membership side where you pay to be a member close to $30 to become a member, the only different of you doing it for free and paid users is that there a url at the bottom of the banner just showing where you made the banner from.
Animated banners are the best that i know of, it make your buyer glue to the advert to see what will end it, it just like a movie especially when you have inviting pictures and words.
Go to flashvortex.com and create your free banner from 160x600, 300x250 and so on.
