I always tell people to always backup their files from their computer and i was kind of surprised when someone asked me how to backup files on windows 7, i was shocked but when i actually did a research on how people want to learn it, i decided to write about it.

Why Do You Need To Backup Files

It is always good to have an extra copy of things, cause it helps us when somethings happens to the other one, the computer world we are in is full of danger such as virus, virus and destroy your computer and also the files in it. So protect yourself in case of any danger.

How To Backup Files 

1. locate your control panel in your computer.
2. locate backup your computer
3. locate where you want to backup the files to
4. And click Backup.

 How To Restore Your Files

1. locate where you backup the files to
2. with the aid of the picture click on restore button
