i once looked for a way to disable my USB port because my junior always like inserting strange flash drives and hard disk into my system when am not around, so i went to look for solution and i found out this, this method is that you will disable your USB port in your computer.
This works when strangers insert anything or device into your system but it will not work this disabling is temporary and you can also enable it any time you like.
Step2: Type regedit and click on OK button.
This will open the Registry editor.
Step 4: Now open the following location from the left hand side of the registry editor
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\USBSTOR
Step 5: Right click the registry START and click MODIFY
To enable USB ports: change the value from 4 to 3.
To disable USB ports: change the Value for 3 to 4.
And that all you have to do to disable and enable USB on your system

How To Enable And Disable A USB Port
Note: You should backup registry before performing the
below given task because changing wrong value may create serious problem
in your PC.
Step1: Type Windows+R to open the RUN window.
This will open the Registry editor.
Step 4: Now open the following location from the left hand side of the registry editor
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\USBSTOR
Step 5: Right click the registry START and click MODIFY
To enable USB ports: change the value from 4 to 3.
To disable USB ports: change the Value for 3 to 4.
And that all you have to do to disable and enable USB on your system
