How To Install Ubuntu With Windows Operating System

Most of us will be surprised seeing people using two operating system on the same laptop and you will be thinking how come? is it possible? yes!! it is possible to install more than one operating system.

Now the best combination that i know of and am sure of is Ubuntu from Linux with Windows these are the two operating system that go well.

How To And Where To Download Ubuntu

First of all you need to get Ubuntu software ready, which you can download from here, remember you must download Ubuntu in form of an .iso file, which is an image file of a CD--in this case a bootable one. Double-click the file, and a program will likely come up and walk you through the process of burning the disc or transferring to a flash drive.

If no such program pops up, download and install the Active@ ISO Burner, then try again.

How To Install Ubuntu With Windows Operating System

 once you have burned the Ubuntu software in a CD or flash drive insert it to your computer, we are trying to install Ubuntu in windows like a normal windows program.

Once inserted if it does not run automatically then open the drive in Windows Explorer and run wubi.exe. Select the option Install inside Windows, and follow the prompts.

After following the above instruction and the image above you can reboot your systems(computer) booting will take time especially when you are using CD to install it.

When you reboot after you will have to pick which Operating System you want either Ubuntu or Windows and after picking it will boot to the Operating System you picked.

And you are done!!
