How To Manipulate PDF Files On iPad And iPhone

Reading PDF files on your iPhone or iPad is very good because of the comfort , but have you been looking for a way to manipulate PDF files or documents on your iOS device itself, I have just recently found a app called PDF splicer.

With PDF splicer you can manipulate PDF documents and files such as deleting pages, adding pages and also adding content to the PDF file and you can also move pages from one PDF to another PDF using the copy and paste feature in PDF splicer.
