Why Should You Use Dropbox As An Online Store

Dropbox has become one of the common way of saving data now online, but do you really need it? should I use it? Is it safe? Etc are the question that are normally asked when introducing dropbox to clients and readers, due to these questions I have decided to or I am urged to write this post.

I noticed that all this question were asked due to what is going on the internet, how documents are not safe and all that. So I will try and answer the question in stages to it will be easy to understand.

Why Do You Need Dropbox?

The security of documents has become a key factor when using computers and the internet. If you are having some important work (projects, files, programs) on your computer or device and you feel unsecured just leaving it on your computer/device because of virus and computer problem which can come at anytime and these files are lost can be disastrous. These reasons are why you need dropbox.

Dropbox helps you save these files, programs anything you like to save online so if you need them you just download them. So has a student you need dropbox to save you assignment, projects etc

Should You Use Dropbox?

I will recommend them for you, because of recent I have not heard any negative report about their services and dropbox  is used world wide.

Dropbox also made it easy for their uses, you can not only sync for your computer but even you phones such as iPhone, Blackberry and Android (don’t know if it’s on Nokia yet).

So with the gradually development the actually want you to try them

Is It Safe?

Should I say it is safe? I won’t say totally or 100% safe, things are happening on net that are shocking but just know there are many people using this service to don’t be scared. There is not safe place on earth even the bank can not totally protect your documents.

So what I will say is; say you important files in multiple place/ sources such as you flash drive, external hard drive or attach it to a draft in your email.

Conclusion

Dropbox is a wonderful storage site with thousands or millions users, so try them out and see how good their services are and remember it is free.
